Feeling Nothing

Slipping into the abyss, but not darkness.
Falling into peril, with no danger to fear
But one’s fear.

A white noise within, a blockage of unknown.
There is but a whisper of a feeling:
Echoes into emptiness.

Walls that climb into the skies, bind one,
Utter one word, fall on deaf ears:
Lock the lock one more click.
